Downtown Vicksburg, in partnership with Prairie Ronde and Western Michigan University, is hosting a free augmented reality art walk this summer. QR codes posted along Liberty Lane alleyways will bring student-created sculptures, animations and soundscapes to life on your phone.
Created by nine Frostic School of Art students from WMU, the work is virtually on display now through early September. You can explore with just a few minutes and your smartphone—no app required. It’s one more reason downtown Vicksburg is worth a visit this summer.
